    Sign up at app.arkintel.com, no credit card required. You get the full app suite from day one: Chat, Docs, Sheets, Slides, PDF, Drive, ArkNotes and Transcription, hosted in Europe. Upgrade to Pro anytime for every AI model and EU-only mode.
  • 02How do the apps work together?
    They share one context. Ask Chat to summarise a meeting and it can pull the transcript, draft a doc, build a slide deck and file it in Drive, because every app reads and writes the same place. You’re not copy-pasting between disconnected tools; the AI works across your whole suite.
  • 03Can I use Claude, Gemini, Mistral and ChatGPT?
    Yes, on Pro. Pro unlocks every model: Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT and open-source, switchable wherever you work in the suite, while Free includes our Fast and Pro models. Every provider is bound by EU law and nothing you send is used for training. Prefer to keep the AI in Europe as well? EU-only mode disables models that may process outside the EU.
  • 04Will my Word, Excel and PowerPoint files work?
    Yes. Docs, Sheets and Slides open and save DOCX, XLSX and PPTX (plus PDF and the open ODF formats), so your existing files just work. No broken layouts, no conversions, no lock-in. Export everything anytime.
  • 05Is my data private and secure?
    Your files, chats and workspace live on EU servers run by a Dutch company under European privacy law (GDPR). They are visible only to you and the people you choose to share with, encrypted in transit and at rest, and never used to train AI or sold. Frontier models are the exception worth knowing about: choosing Claude, Gemini or ChatGPT may send that prompt to a provider outside the EU, under EU law and never used for training. EU-only mode disables those models so you only pick ones that process entirely in the EU. Private by default, the same foundation Dutch institutions trust.
